The Area

The world famous Sunny Beach resort is located 22 miles north from Burgas in the foot of the Balkan range of mountains. It stretches along a large bay from the green foothills of the Balkans to the romantic and picturesque ancient town of Nessebar. Its beach, a seven-kilometre long expanse of fine golden sand, sloping gradually into the warm and safe sea, makes it an ideal resort for families. Accommodation and transport connections are excellent. Sunny Beach is located just off the A-class main road from Burgas to Varna and the International Airport of Burgas is only 20 miles away.

Entertainment is very varied and available to all age groups. There is a real abundance of pubs, restaurants, cafes, bars and discos, as well as numerous sports and leisure facilities offering all kinds of water sports, hiking, horse riding, short trips, spa treatments etc.

The Development

Chateau Del Mar apartments are completed and are sold on a share-of-freehold basis. There is no need to form a Bulgarian limited company to purchase an apartment in this development.

Buyers must, however, be present in person for the transfer of ownership or appoint their representative through a power-of-attorney.

The buyer is responsible for all costs, fees and taxes related to the legal transfer of ownership by a Notarial Deed (legal and notary fees, local taxes, stamp duty etc.)
