When you make a decision to reserve a property please email us or speak to one of our advisors to confirm the availability of your chosen property and to be advised on how best to proceed. You will need to have the following information at hand:
-> Full names
-> Passport number
-> Issue date and issuing authority
-> Full address and contact telephone number
-> Development in which you wish to reserve
-> Reference or apartment number for the property
When the availability of your apartment is confirmed you will be required to complete and return the reservation form below, together with the reservation fee. Please note the reservation fee is refundable only against your deposit (or first stage payment) for the chosen property.
